THE TEMPLE OF DESIRE

Expressing desire is inherently risky. Being witnessed in our desire amplifies the vulnerability. We will create a ritual container in which to witness, explore, and share desire. The free-format experience allows for different ways of interacting with others using the power of witnessing, consent, dance and touch, in which you will create your own journey.

DADDY & THE INNOCENCE OF INFANCY

In the world of queer male sexuality, there is a recurring trope of the daddy playing with his son, which both acknowledges and challenges powerful taboos around incest and power. But how does daddy interact with his infant child? We will explore the embodied unconditional love that a parent offers a newborn infant, before and beneath sexualization. This workshop does not require any play acting or diaper changing. We will explore and experience the power of love for the helpless infant in a community ritual of caring.

CONSENT: EXPLORING WHAT WE REALLY WANT

You know the scene: someone asserts their desire for you by acting it out, without knowing what turns you on or off. In porn that looks hot. In real life it's totally uncool. Wanna know what's really hot? Speaking a desire directly to someone and asking what they want. Wow. Scary, huh? Yeah: vulnerable! That's sexy! Come learn a new language of love by playing Intimacy Games. Discover how freeing it can be to honestly express a desire and to set clear boundaries about what you want to do in each moment.  It's all about mutual consent. Now that's hot!

INTIMATE MEDITATIONS

Explore the deeper levels of intimacy that are possible when we let go of Doing with our partners, and drop into simply Being with one another in shared stillness. Sharing touch is a simple, powerful way to come into Presence. Being in Presence can profoundly deepen our sense of connection: with ourselves and one another. This session will be a quiet way to wind down, ground and integrate your weekend’s many, varied experiences. You’ll be with several different random partners, being guided into a variety of ways of Being together without much Doing.

THE PARADIGM OF SEXUAL IDENTITY

In this dyadic workshop we will hold the intention of creating very clear communication around global evolutionary topics such as sexuality, gender, racial diversity, consent, spirituality, and so forth. This workshop starts with establishing group unity through visualization and breathwork. From there we move into small group discussions following an open conversation with everyone. Sometimes emotions can rise up; friction in different view points allows us to understand others and innerstand ourselves.

FOUR ELEMENTS - FOUR HANDS MASSAGE

In this workshop we explore the qualities of the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire and Air, receiving a four-handed massage from two others.

  • Earth: a quality of sinking into each other - related to grounding; the bones, solid forms in the body

  • Water: a quality of melting into and floating with each other; related to water, body liquids and regenerative system in our body

  • Fire:  a quality of deeply treating and transforming physical challenging points; related to the modifying processes in our body

  • Air/Wind:  a quality of soothing with a light stroking touch; related to the breath and the nervous system.

THE FOREST DANCE

In this workshop we explore ourselves and others, transforming into trees, plants and visitors of them in an imaginary forest. We explore our connection to the plants/trees with consent through physical touch and movement emerging out of it. In both roles ( trees/plants and visitors) we have the choice of accepting/sinking/following, requesting change, or denying touch through a code towards the other. The workshop is inspired by contact improvisation, somatic touch and the ecolove/ecosex movement approach (approaching nature as our lover).

TANTRIC DATING

Most often, our erotic desire leads the way to our connections with men. Over time we may notice our habits of quick sexuality no longer feed us. We want more from our sex lives but don’t know how to make that shift. Try Tantric Dating! In this workshop, we will explore a few ways to postpone instant gratification in order to move deeper into sensuality and intimacy. With a few playful games and exploring rituals, we still get the erotic fire our bodies desire but also the deeper spiritual communions that really feed us.

THE NIPPLE WHISPERER

Some nipples are like electric guitars, ready to wail with pleasure at full volume! Other nipples are resting quietly, waiting for their music to begin. In this workshop, we will explore how to play nipples like musical instruments. No matter whether you’re a complete beginner or a nipple rock star, this workshop is for everyone. Learn the scale of nipple touch from 0 (no touch) to 10 (ouch!) to find your personal range. Each man will build their own erotic energy while their nipples are played by a variety of musicians. At the heart of this workshop is the ability to listen and remain attentive as we improvise with powerful instruments of pleasure in our hands.

GET KUNDA-LAXED!

Kundalini yoga is an ancient tool for promoting physical well-being, expanding consciousness and tapping into creativity. Participants will experience Kundalini Yoga fused with intentional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction strategies, learning to mobilize their own inner resources to activate learning, growth and healing while increasing emotional regulation and enhancing self-care. MBSR was developed in 1979, by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and associates at the University of Massachusetts Centre for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society.

SOUNDS OF THE SPIRIT

Sound is one of the ways we have to express ourselves. Usually it comes out in words, but we also have the ability to express our deepest self through non-verbal sounds. This workshop is all about exploring how to connect through sound, and letting sound be the inspiration for physical connection and sharing of touch. We will work with partners, small groups and the large group to explore several different ways of sharing from the well-spring of our spirit.

There are no wrong notes and there's nothing to memorize - just breathe and sing.

MEN TALKING ABOUT SEX

Attraction and sexual drive are core human experiences, ones constantly appearing in our humour, metaphors, advertising, and media.  Yet for many men, there is a desire for more depth, openness and hearing from many others about sex and sexuality, with an intention to learn, grow and explore our edges.   In this session we’ll work as a group to take stock of our interests and how we can access as many voices and diverse points of view as possible.

It’s more than just “cock worship”, the sacredness of the divine masculine, and the divine feminine is within each of us, and is meant to be honoured  and adored. You are invited to wear your favourite ritual garb, your fashion highlights, or your clothing optional best; all are welcome as we regain the connection to both the spiritual and the sexual in our lives.

  • definitions of shame

  • how shame and guilt differ and overlap

  • how to work skillfully with shame while not getting overwhelmed

  • how trauma sets the stage for shame (chronic vs non-chronic)

  • Donald Nathanson's shame compass as a way to explore our habits of shame

  • the value of identifying shame, feeling it in your body, and sharing it in a supportive container

This will be a mix of presentation, discussion and experiential.

WHAT IS EROTIC/SEXUAL HEALING?

Many people wonder about having erotic/sexual healing work, but aren't sure what it entails, or how to find it. This session will feature a facilitated discussion with a panel of folks who are sacred intimates, tantric dakas/masseurs and sexological bodyworkers. Each of the panel will have time to talk about how they were called to this work, as well as explain the types of work they do. There will be a Q&A, so come with your curiosities, questions, and prepare to have some fun!

Mark Fleming maintains a private practice integrating Sacred Intimacy and Tantra with energy work, shamanic work and spiritual direction. QI GONG FOR ACTIVATION

Qi Gong is an ancient practice of healing, practicing spirituality, and strengthening mind and body. This is an introduction to Qi Gong and Taoism for anyone who feels overwhelmed with the state of the world. Taoism encourages a return to our basic nature, rather than impulsively taking action. Wu wei, literally non-action or not acting, is a central concept of the Tao Te Ching. As a group we will discuss how the philosophy of Wu Wei could support activism. Participants will learn some basic self care practices and an intro to a philosophy for effortless acting, utilizing natural forces to contribute positively to a tumultuous world.

Come away with fresh insight about the role that desire plays in your life, and greater access to the creative potential that desire offers.

PARTNERED SENSUAL MOVEMENT

What is sensual movement?  How do we utilize our senses to inspire and develop a unique experience from a male-physical perspective? We will focus on an individual and partnered warm-up by moving from our skeletal and fascial systems to include and derive movement utilizing all five senses. Through sensory refinement, we will begin to deepen and hone our awareness on individual male expression within ourselves and with others.

THE TACTILE BODY

Our hands express a range of softness to strength -how do we translate those qualities into our body and then express that quality to others? We will begin with an individual and partnered warm-up, incorporating our sense of touch and the way we touch others. We will further embody those qualities and express them in movement.

Adolpho has danced, performed, choreographed, and taught for over thirty years and continues to explore his curiosities through movement and other physical modalities. He lives in Vancouver.

SENSUAL TANTRIC PUJA

With roots in India, the puja is a celebration and honouring ceremony of the Divine in each other and in ourselves. During a puja, we pair up with partners and practice different exercises designed to open our hearts, and deeper connect within a safe container. Exercises may include: guided meditation, erotic communication, heart connecting, eye/soul gazing, a shared dance of energy, loving nurturing touch, and other fun and creative forms of physically, emotionally, and spiritually deepening connection. This puja is clothed and not sexual, but rather sensual and spiritual. Come and be surprised.

NAKED VINYASA FLOW

Release shame and deepen your connection to self and community. These flowing, heat building, and heart opening poses are about Self Love and Exploration. All are welcome.  We'll strip, sweat, and flow to the music as we move through classic yoga postures. Come shed your clothes, release your inhibitions, and celebrate every inch of your beautiful self.

NAKED TANTRA PARTNER YOGA

Celebrate sexuality and explore new pathways to pleasure through tantric breath and partner yoga. We'll begin similarly to a slow restorative yoga class. Once we’ve built up some heat, we'll flow deeper into the Tantra work, coming in and out of postures that deepen our connection to the root (sex) chakra. You and your partner will give and receive each other's body weight, enjoying the build of sensual chi as you grind and breathe together. Coming out of the partner work and moving into group connection - We'll take our time stroking and breathing deep into erotic poses, edging towards climax and coming down multiple times, and ending the session with slow, deep, connected breath work and release.

Brandon Anthony is the Founder and Creator of Naked Men's Yoga, Movement2Music, as well as Co-Creator of YogaWorks' DanceWorks. His naked men's yoga, partner yoga, massage, fitness, and dance workshops were developed as a way for GBTQ men to release shame, explore themselves, and celebrate their sexuality. SOMATIC SOUND BATH

This is an integration of intimacy through sound and movement.  Sound and movement combine to form a tapestry of connection experiences. We begin exploring sensations deep within our bodies. We then take our experiences  and explore connections with one on other. Finally, we will take time to integrate these two experiences in a traditional sound bath.

MOVEMENT EXPLORATIONS FROM THE THROAT
Toning and the use of our voice offers a unique and powerful means of experiencing the world. We will explore movement as a sonic experience, touch as sound and intimacy as the result of opening this chakra that takes our inner experience to the world.  Deepen intimacy through toning and explore movement from the throat.

Leveraging sound to build internal and external connections, Matthew has developed a cohesive and powerful path for deepening intimacy using sound. He earned his Masters in Music as well as Masters in Social Work and helped individuals heal from trauma as well as deepen intimacy with others. Building community using rhythm, motion and joy remains his primary life mission. Matthew has offered workshops and trainings Across the US and internationally.
